We headed to Liberty Hill with the Dentons on Thursday evening. Tara's parents were waiting for us there and they were so sweet to host us and served us selflessly all weekend. Such a gift! And this was just the most fun place for a little boy... and Chad too ;)
Bowen was not a happy car camper (unless he was asleep). Anytime we made a stop, he got out of the carseat.
The weather wasn't the best, and it was pretty gray and rainy most of the weekend, but thankfully we were able to get outside some.

Chad and Matt headed out for their first hunt on Friday afternoon. Thanks to Mrs. Carla's tips and help, they ended up each getting a deer before we left. woohoo!
