Christmas Break 2018

We spent about 10 days in Durham for Christmas break.

Grayson sang in church on Sunday morning, and then after church, we hit the road for Durham.
Monday (Christmas Eve) we had a pajama party brunch at my parents house.

It's not an easy thing to get this picture!

December 2018

It's been a sweet advent season in our house. Grayson has wrapped ALL THE THINGS, Miller has loved the tree/ornaments and Bowen is always down for a hot chocolate morning. What a wonderful season to teach these little boys about the waiting and anticipation of the birth of Jesus and fixing our eyes and hearts to His return! Chad and I have been reading Sinclair Ferguson's 'Love Came Down at Christmas' and he says " Our celebrations of joy this Christmas are only a kind of reverberating echo of the joy we will know in the future when at last we come face to face with Jesus." Praise Him!
We love the Clemson Christmas parade!
peppermint milkshakes!
It's not a Clemson event unless the tiger is there!
Trying to get a picture before a date + real life with a toddler...
Miller LOVED the ornaments this year. He would pull them off and walk all around the house with them. Or just stand at the tree, looking at them. He would also put stuff in the tree. I found matchbox cars, toy horses. I guess he was decorating...
please note Simba and Nala are at the nativity too...
