On Monday morning, we got up around 7, packed up the campsite and headed to hang out in Charleston for the morning. We got coffee and breakfast from a local shop called Kudu coffee and then headed to the Battery to just enjoy the morning.
We sat with the Blalock's in the big gazebo in Battery Park and drank our coffee, read and chatted it up.

This is more like it... haha, love y'all
Is there anything better than a good book, good coffee, my sweet hubby and a beautiful morning in a pretty place? I submit there is not.
As we were walking around Tyler had to use the restroom, so he found the closest one! A port-a-potty in one of the yards of a waterfront home.

We ate at Andolini's Pizza for lunch (a place Tyler and Erin recommended).
The pizza was really good. Some of the boys got calzones.
Have you ever seen a bigger calzone?? They were massive.
This now concludes our trip to Charleston. We have already been throwing out places for next year. Cape Hatteras? Gatlinburg? I'm already looking forward to it!
