We started doing this reading book back in September when Grayson was 4 years old. He was eager to learn and had started to show so much interest in spelling things, and trying to sound things out. If we would've done it everyday, we would've been done by Christmas, but instead we finished in April. I thought it was an easy process and I loved having something specific to do each day... or every other day :)

Bowen got a sticker each day for finding something quiet to do. He usually chose a car mat and box of cars... and really did great to entertain himself!
Grayson got a trip to get icecream with Daddy and a family dinner picnic with cupcakes on the day he finished. Now that he can read, he also got his own Bible... the greatest book there is! And he is thrilled! So proud of our big boy!
