9 years

We've been married 9 years today! And as I say each year, I can hardly believe that many years have gone by. How does it happen so fast!? Life with Chad has been the greatest adventure and I'm so thankful to be adventuring alongside him.

and perhaps our greatest adventure yet... raising these three little boys :)

And Dad- 9 years married for us means that's 59 years of life for you (the king of adventures)! Happy birthday to the very best dad. I love you so much!

30th birthday trip

I was thankful for the gift of time away with Chad for my 30th birthday. We were able to spend a few days in the low country and had the best time. We explored Bluffton, Hilton Head and Savannah and then rested and relaxed a lot. We had SO MUCH FUN.

some highlights: quiet, easy car rides. making friends with a little French baker. Bluffton and Savannah farmers markets. quality time together. riding bikes everywhere. huge breakfasts. Spanish moss everywhere. driving a Mercedes around. our cottage. alligator sightings. trying cold-brew Nitro coffee (yuck). firepit and s'mores at night

looking back

With my husband being away, I've had more time than usual in the evenings. I tend to stay up later when he's not here and one night I found myself looking/cleaning out old pictures. We've been together a long time. We were so young when we started dating! Care to take a (long) walk down memory lane with me? And lots of these are pictures of pictures. Who needs a scanner?
