Greenville

We were able to meet Nana and Papa in Greenville while Cindy had a work conference. It was fun to stay downtown and have a few days with them. Even if it was a HOT few days! Highlights: swimming in the pool, riding the elevators, walking around, trying 4 new restaurants, the boys sleeping good in the hotel, riding the trolley, Superman icecream 

Fall for Greenville 2016

Fall for Greenville is one of our favorite Fall events. This year did not disappoint! The weather was beautiful this year (as opposed to last year where we ran from tent to tent in the pouring rain). We tried a bunch of delicious food and met up with some fun people. That's a good day :) 

farmers market

We've been to lots of farmers markets, in lots of different cities, and Greenville's is my favorite! The first Saturday of 2016 was this past weekend and it was a BEAUTIFUL day for it.

There are lots of huge hydrangea bushes in Falls Park, and they were just starting to bloom. 

They also had the Reedy River Duck Derby going on downtown on this day, so there was tons of kids stuff to do. We had so much fun!

One of Grayson's favorite things to do right now is throw pennies in the many fountains of downtown Greenville. We always try to make sure we have a handful for him.

Greenville at Christmas

We spent the afternoon and evening in Greenville one day last week. We enjoyed a little shopping, walking around, checking out the Christmas decorations, dinner outside, and lots of other little favorites (like throwing pennies in the fountains). 

We were hoping to ice skate, but the chiller was broken so the rink wasn't completely frozen (it was also like 75 degrees out... that doesn't help). Maybe next year!
