Christmas Break 2018

We spent about 10 days in Durham for Christmas break.

Grayson sang in church on Sunday morning, and then after church, we hit the road for Durham.
Monday (Christmas Eve) we had a pajama party brunch at my parents house.

It's not an easy thing to get this picture!

Sunset Beach 2018

We had a great week at Sunset Beach with my family the week of Labor Day (thankfully it wasn't the next week as Hurricane Florence descended on the Carolinas).  We had all been looking forward to a week at the beach and the boys were especially excited to spend time with Nona and Pop Pop and their cousins. Lots of sweet memories and quality time together!

Memorable things from the week:
-Mom trying to get us to guess Italy by referencing the eiffel tower
-Keller saying "boys! boys!" and calling G "Jason"
-Tucker and Danielle announcing baby #2
-nightly question and game for adults
-Pop Pop introducing G and B to the game of sardines for the first time. A classic beach house game for me growing up.
-Miller and Asher trying to scale the stairs and keeping them blocked off
-Dad leaving to take Bett to appointment and coming back with a good report.
-crab island walks
-everybody wanting "Keller eggs"
-seeing deer on the dunes
-Hand, foot and mouth outbreaks. Especially bad for Audrey and Miller.
-Picasso tiles being a big hit with my boys
-Miller being jacked up on steroids from croup and fighting bedtime and scaling his pack and play... and Grayson coming to us saying "I think Miller climbed out of his bed. Can you just please come check on him." while Miller was standing in the floor crying after climbing out of his bed. He hasn't tried to climb out since!

AND as always, picture overload!
