Scott, Mary, Keller and Audrey came to visit for a few days last weekend. We are always excited for family to come stay! I felt like we had kiddos sleeping all over our little house! It's a little crazy and a lot of noise, but so much fun, quality time and lots of memories made. To make it even more memorable, Chad realized our front yard was sopping with water and dug down and found a water pipe had a leak. He worked on it for awhile, made a few trips to Lowes, and after about 24 hours of cutting our water off, he had it fixed. I'm thankful for a handy husband, a helpful phone call with a local plumber, and guests who just roll with no running water and it doesn't phase them at all... even with a newborn!
We spent most of the time playing in the house. It was pretty cold most of the time. We sent the boys to run around and play basketball at Fike one morning, spent about 10 minutes at a playground, and walked around the grocery store just to get out of the house :)
Nona sent some loaves of bread and the boys were thrilled to get to have "Nona bread grilled cheese" for lunch for a few days.
