Durham for Thanksgiving

We are thankful for time in Durham with family over Thanksgiving.
We stopped at a Lidl on the way to Durham. We had a grocery store picnic in the parking lot. So classy :) but it was a total win... the boys got to walk around the grocery store, a cheaper and healthier lunch, and then got to move around while they ate in a grassy area in the corner of the parking lot... which is a win after multiple hours in the car and still more time in the car to come.
We celebrated G's 6th birthday on this Thanksgiving trip...
and Audrey's 1st birthday!
We tried Blaze pizza for the first time... my Lebron fan of a husband enjoyed this :)
Thanksgiving day
like Father, like son...
playing at the church on a cold Black Friday morning
and some afternoon Black Friday shopping for the ladies
a quick Old Salem stop on the way to Clemmons on Saturday
lunch with all the Vestals
and a quick stop in Mooresville on the way home!

Thanksgiving 2017

We spent Thanksgiving in Durham with a bunch of our family. It was packed full and good to see so many different people.

We went out to the Hillsborough Riverwalk on Wednesday.
Grayson requested Pop Pop's "treat plate" of choices a lot on this trip.
This trip was also Grayson's first time hunting. He went twice with the guys and thought he was pretty cool.
Miller's first Thanksgiving!
Blurry and dark, but he's so sweet!
 Thanksgiving day
Bowen was always all. up. in. Keller's space. He loved him some Keller... and his love is prob a little intense for Keller :)
I was hoping baby girl would make her appearance while we were there. Mary was almost 40 weeks! but no such luck...

Chad got his biggest deer yet
a little hike and exploring at the swinging bridge
Keller was into giving hugs, it was the cutest... not sure Miller was loving it here :)

the boy cousins...
