Spring Break Part 2

Tomorrow it is back to the regular routine! It was great to have a week off to relax. Here are some things that wrapped up Spring Break.
We enjoyed the warm weather towards the end of the week. We were able to enjoy some time outside in the sunshine. On Friday night our friends Adam and Ashley came over for dinner and we grilled out.
Adam and Ashley brought dessert and they brought their fondue pot over! Ashley had lots of fun things to dip in the chocolate. It was a great idea and great spending time together! Thanks Ashley and Adam- we are thankful for your friendship!
Me and Ashley with one of the favorite (and creative!) things to dip. Marshmallows in the chocolate and then she had ground up graham crackers to dip the chocolate in. Smores!
I was inspired by several Spring cleaning articles and conversations and decided to organize the storage area under our stairs. We have a bunch of random things in the space, but my craft stuff was under there in lots of different boxes. Whenever I needed something it usually required pulling out lots of the boxes, stacking and restacking. I had this black cart in my closet in Durham and brought it to the townhouse and it works perfectly. I can roll it in and out and it is much easier to get to whatever supplies I need. Love organization...and it didn't cost anything! Saturday night, Tucker and Eric arrived home around midnight from spending a week in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Since both of our parents are in Israel, Chad and I went to pick them up at the airport. It was fun to greet them and hear about the week. We are thankful they felt called to Haiti and spent their Spring Break serving God and helping those less fortunate. (They were less than thrilled about my sign or me trying to take a picture of them!)
Our parents are touring the Holy Land. They seem to be having a great trip! A little sickness and tiredness, but good none the less. We miss yall!

You are your mother's daughter!! It is so funny to see you excited about organization!!! I love the cart - guess that means more space in the closet in Durham :) Love you and loved seeing the pictures - amazing you have pictures of us and we aren't even home yet - your dad looks like a Bedouin shepherd - he had a shirt around his head to keep his ears warm.
