It is so hard to believe everything that is going on in Haiti. I am just devastated and completely heartbroken for the country. We bought this little sign last November when we were there. It is a constant reminder hanging in our home.
It has also been hard to hear that some of the people we had friendships with over the years have lost their lives. Bosie and Marshall in November of 2008...

It breaks my heart too. We have heard from all of the people we know and they are safe...some are in the DR. when I heard that 5 were killed at Walls it really hit home. Those little girls coming out of the school gave me chills. You just can't explain to people how it makes you feel. We are sending tons of water/rice tomorrow afternoon on a container. Guy at church is VP of international trade so he is able to get that for us. Have to know that God is in control. love you
Hey Christy! I was so said to hear about Bosie. I know he was one of the main interpretors our first few years in Haiti. It really hits home. I know we all feel like we left such a big part of our hearts in Haiti from our trips and it's difficult to see whats going on. My prayer is that the Lord uses this tragedy to bring help to the nation and a lot of attention that those people need in order to begin building their nation up again. Thanks for your photos and the memories! :)
