cruisin'

Last Monday morning we headed out early to fly down to Miami to hop on a cruise ship (Carnival Imagination to be exact). We have had this trip planned for a few months to celebrate Eric's graduation and to have one more trip together before Chad and I leave. We had all been looking forward to it and were more than ready!

We wasted no time and went straight to the water park!

 A favorite from the ship was definitely the sushi bar (especially for Papa and Chad). 

 Key West, FL on Tuesday

 After we walked around Key West, we hung out at the pool for the rest of the afternoon.

 On Tuesday (June 14) we also were celebrating 3 years of marriage!

 Our anniversary is on flag day (and Dad's birthday)!

 We ate dinner in the Pride Dining Room each night.

 Art, Cindy and Eric sent us an anniversary treat to our room. How sweet!

 On Wednesday, we went snorkeling in Cozumel, Mexico. We saw different things than we have ever seen snorkeling before. We saw a barracuda, 2 sea horses and 2 huge parrot fish.

 Chad also got a new wedding band in Cozumel. He haggled it down from $104 to $20.

 We got to watch a beautiful sunset on Wednesday while we were eating dinner.

 On Thursday, we had a day at sea and we started the day off by playing a couple rounds of putt-putt.

It was a much needed refreshing and relaxing time away. Of course, it was also great to make lots of memories and have lots of time with family.
