On Friday, June 7, Chad turned 28 years old! As part of his birthday present, Cindy booked us a room at the Hyatt in Greenville and we were able to take a little 2 day get-a-way. It was so much fun! We stayed downtown and were able to walk out of the hotel and be right in the middle of everything. We did lots of walking, exploring, eating and relaxing!

There was even a little cubby around the corner from the main room, that was perfect for G!
G was holding tight to the bench at lunch and looking out the window. He looks so big holding himself up!
We hit up the hotel pool and G LOVED it...
ok, maybe he didn't enjoy it. I think the water was still too cold. He was much happier when he was not in the pool.
He started out on the towel and squirmed his way to playing with the curtains.
The Hyatt treated us nice and sent us huge pieces of cake since Cindy told them it was Chad's birthday and our anniversary.
Thankful to get to celebrate my husband!
We spent some time walking around Falls Park. There were lots of flowers in bloom.
We also got to go to the Farmers Market that is downtown on Saturday mornings. We had been looking forward to going to it.
We enjoyed getting to spend more time in Greenville. It is a fun city!

So much fun! Happy Birthday and Anniversary! Little G is really starting to move around. You just wait! And I can sooo see Chad using G to make the ducks run away... ha!
