Bowen: 3 and three quarters

Our little Bowie is getting close to being a four year old. I don't even know how that's possible! This kid is spunky, full of life, non stop, and so funny.

He's still such a little guy. Wearing 3T and 4T clothes, weighing 33 pounds and a size 8 shoe.
He still naps daily for about 2 hours. But can totally hang if we don't put him down for a nap.

He began speech therapy in August and we go to Greenville each Tuesday for a 1 hour speech appt with Ms. Leigh. She will say things like "because he's so reserved" or "because he's so soft spoken" and I laugh on the inside thinking, 'well he's certainly different during his therapy appointment than he is normally!'

He and G play all day long, but Bowen and Miller have really started to play more together lately. They have a sweet relationship.

In October, we were eating lunch and I noticed Bowen's tonsil was huge. I took him to the dr the next day, and he tested positive for strep. After 10 days on an antibiotic, his tonsil was still big and I took him back and he was STILL positive for strep. After another antibiotic, he got a clear strep report, but his tonsil is still large. How would we have ever known he had strep if I hadn't randomly noticed his tonsil?? He never ran a fever, felt bad, ate differently...
He began riding a 2 wheeler bike and is so good on it!

After a Disney World trip in September, he loves the Lion King songs especially putting his head to Miller's and singing "Hakuna Matata"

He has gotten so much better at writing his name!
He moved to the back of the van with Grayson and buckles himself in. Some days he can get himself unbuckled, and if he can't, Grayson does the bottom buckle for him.

He talks nonstop. And really has only one volume... loud.

He loves driving the gator outside, going to the library, getting to ride anywhere in Daddy's car,  snacks, when Mommy is his teacher on Sundays, and noodles ("noodles are my favorite!")
