What are you to do when you get a random Thursday off of work for Veterans Day?
Go shopping of course!
Mom and I decided to get a jump start on some Christmas shopping (she did better in that area then I did).
We stopped by Starbucks...
and then headed here...
the new outlets in Mebane!We got there a few minutes before they opened and had no problem finding a parking spot. That was not the case if you got there later in the day.
We had all sorts of coupons, giftcards and discounts... I had about 20 different pieces of paper!
It was fun to walk around and shop somewhere new. 
My favorite find was at Target later in the day. I LOVE the Cadbury Mini-Eggs that they put out at Easter and was so excited when I found them on the Christmas Candy aisle.
But the best part of the day was spending the day with my wonderful Mom!

Thanks sweetie!!! It was a great day - loved discovering the new mall with you, sharing lunch, and laughs! How many times do we need to look at the shoes in Target? That moon was really bright, I did need the sunglasses! Always love the time we get to spend together.
